Letter Fonts

Both Mac and Windows PCs most often come standard with:

• Arial

Note: It is strongly recomended you use the correct Arial font with no deviation from the Style Guide standard.

Downloading Letter Templates

• Click and download - follow the steps below:

For Windows PC users
Right Click on the template name
Select "Save Target As" from the drop down menu
Choose the location to save file.

For Apple MAC users
Press the CTRL key and click on the template name
Select "Save Linked File As" from the Drop Down Menu
Choose the location to save the file
